Your Spirit 101: Intro
Here is the blessing for the Crown of the head and my speaking to your spirit, soul, etc. You can download it from here, or just listen to it online.
I also share “extra” blessings from previous classes. You don’t need to listen to them unless you want to. Some people find it helpful to have the slightly different perspective that comes from different classes. The general outline will be the same, but often the content is slightly different.

This week, talk to your spirit the way you would talk to a friend! Talking out loud is always more powerful. Pay attention to whatever you perceive, even if it’s an hour later. Your spirit can communicate with you in a large variety of ways! Have fun with it. If you feel absolutely nothing, hear absolutely nothing, see absolutely nothing, don’t worry! That is also absolutely normal. Remember that your spirit still hears you, and you are still building relationship, even while you are waiting to feel connected.
