THIS WEEK:
1) Talk to your Pineal Gland. Treat it as though it is an interactive part of your spirit/soul/body team (because it IS). As it becomes active, alive, and interactive, you may feel surges of euphoria. That’s normal, and will probably settle down.
2) Choose any Bible verse. Write it in a few places, and let your “remembrance” brush against it several times a day. Jot down any ideas that come, and any stream of consciousness flow of ideas that might come.
Try using this verse for emotional grounding when you are feeling uncomfortable.
